#197 Citywalk – where the M shines

I have used my Leica M-cameras in many differnt situations; sport, nature, portraits and more – but I think the streets are the best place for the M. Today I walked the streets of Helsingør again with my camera…and my wife…

We found a citywalk that was marked with blue dots, that took us around the small beautiful town. I carried a backpack with my Fujifilm X-T2 with two lenses as well – but I never took it out. There is nothing like an M in the city. In fact I am starting to feel bored of the Fuji X-cameras. I find my self enyoing the M so much, that I almost never choose the Fuji X the M.

Today I used the 21mm again on the camera – but this time I missed my digital viewfinder (I had left it at home…). It was not so much point and shoot today – this time I often wanted to compose the pictures more and I am not so keen of using the read LCD. But – in the case of this cat I did use point and shoot. And that was a good thing. Just after I pressed the shutter, it jumped up and ran away…

The small streets are full of old houses in various colors and shapes. It is easy to come home with a large number of pictures on the memory card.

The old shipyard is another place that can make the camera hot. Now it is a museum – but 25 years ago it was a place that was very ruff. I was there and shot pictures in the old dry docks with some friends. Now it is possible to drink a nice cup of coffé at the café on the bottom of the old dock.

Then of course; the castle Kronborg – the home of Hamlet and Ophelia. To be or not to be… in my case i am thinking about my Fuji X in that way. We’ll see…
