We were on our way to one of Swedens most famous ancient monuments, Ales Stenar (a ”ship” of stones – see picture below). In the summer this place is filled with visitors. In November – not so much. We were completely alone. It is about a kilometer long walk from the parking to the stones. We followed the signs – but after a while we found out that somebody had messed with them. We ended up a kilometer in the wrong direction. But it was a nice walk anyway and I got this picture…
